She hates every minute, and can’t wait to leave. But her hopes are shattered when her new substitute appears to be suicidal: instead of leaving the base, Zohara now finds herself ordered to guard her substitute.     Talya Lavie Born in Israel, in 1978. Graduated the Sam Spiegel Film & Television School in 2005. She studied animation at the Bezabel Art & Design academy in Jerusalem 1998 -2000. Her first film Sliding Flora (2003) won seven international prizes, and was screened at the Museum of Modern Art in New-York (MOMA) as well as over thirty film festivals. The Substitute (2005) is her graduation film.
