Kazim Öz
Born in Dersim in 1973, he graduated from Yildiz Technical University Faculty of Building Engineering in 1998. He had worked in Teatra Jiyana Nü on the branches of acting and directing for four years starting from 1992. Since 1996, he has been working in Mesopotamia Culture Center, Cinema department. Cinemed selected two of his films: Land (short, 1999) and The Photograph (feature film, 2000). His other films are: Distant (documentary, 2005), The Storm (film, 2008).
