White Tape explores the theme of boundaries; the frame, the space between brushstrokes and the implications of occupation.


 
 
Michal Kranot

Born in Tel Aviv 1977. Michal and Uri Kranot are independent animation filmmakers. Both live and teach animation at The Animation Workshop in Denmark. They have produced numerous award winning short films as well as commercial projects.

 
Uri Kranot

Born in 1975, in Israel. Graduated with honors, Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, Jerusalem, Israel in 2002. Currently participating in the artist in residence program, the Netherlands Institute for Animation Film. He directed Avinu Malkenu (2001), Ducks (2002) and God on Our Side (2005), co-directed with Michal Pfeffer and The Heart of Amos Klein, both showed in Montpellier (2005 and 2008).
