Over a span of six years, filmmaker Neta Efrony documented an Israeli military checkpoint-on the road between East Jerusalem and Ramallah-which grew and expanded to become a massive Terminal. The film is a powerful document that exposes the mechanism of occupation so rarely seen in action. The inconsistency of occupation is all too clear. Rules of transit can change daily, even hourly. The Kalandia checkpoint does not separate Arabs from Jews; it separates Palestinians from Palestinians.
