Giorgio Tirabassi
A multifaced actor, Giorgio Tirabassi has worked for the theatre with Gigi Proietti (Come mi piace, 1982 and Per amore e per diletto, 1987) and Ugo Gregoretti (Caro petrolini, 1983). For television, besides the shows Fantastico 4 (1983) and La tv delle ragazze (1989), he has acted in successful serials such as Un commissario a Roma (1992/93) with Nino Manfredi, Distretto di polizia (2000) and the TV-Film Ultimo (1998). For cinema he has acted in Francesco Falaschi's short film Furto con destrezza (1995) and in feature films: Francesca Archibugi's Verso sera (1990), Mazzacurati's Un'altra vita (1991), Caligari's L'odore della notte (1997), Marco Risi's L'ultimo capodanno (1998) and Scola's La cena (1999). Don't Say Cat! is his first short film as director.
